FAQs

Everything you need to know about our eggs, deliveries, and subscriptions.

Where do your eggs come from?

All our eggs are laid on farms local to St Albans, where hens roam on open pasture. We work directly with each farm to keep food miles low and welfare standards high.

Are your eggs free-range and pasture-raised?

Yes. Our partner farms are free-range as standard, and the hens spend their days outside on pasture whenever the weather allows. That’s what gives the yolks their rich colour and flavour.

What’s your delivery area?

We currently deliver within St Albans and the immediate surrounding area. At checkout you can enter your address – if we can’t deliver to you yet, we’ll let you know before you complete your order.

When will my eggs be delivered?

Order by 6 pm on Thursday for fresh eggs delivered on Saturday morning within our St Albans delivery area.

What’s the difference between a one-off order and a subscription?

A one-off order is a single delivery, perfect if you’d like to try us out or stock up for a special weekend. A subscription gives you eggs on a regular schedule, either every week or fortnight, so you don’t have to remember to reorder each time.

How flexible is your subscription service?

Very. You can pause, skip a week, change your order size or cancel your subscription anytime before 6pm on the Thursday before the delivery. We’ll send you a reminder before each delivery so you’ve got time to make changes before we pack your eggs.

Can I change my delivery address or time?

You can update your delivery address through your account area before the weekly cut-off time. We deliver on set rounds, so we can’t offer specific time slots yet, but we’ll always aim to deliver in a consistent window each Saturday morning.

How can I get in touch?

If you have any questions about your order or our farms, the best way to reach us is by sending us a message on Instagram or Facebook. We try to reply to all messages within one working day.
